This council aims to promote peace, justice, freedom, equality and fraternity. It engages for the respect of human rights and the advancement of democracy.
The Council for Human Rights and Justice of the association is composed of members who want to join.
1. The Council of Human Rights and Justice diplomatic association of United Nations youth can make or initiate studies and reports on international issues in the fields of justice and right of the man and make recommendations on these issues to the General Assembly to the Members of the association and to the specialized agencies.
2. It may make recommendations to ensure the effective respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all.
3. It may, on matters within its competence, preparing projects for submission to the General Assembly.
4. It may call, in accordance with the rules of the association, international conferences on matters within its competence.
